Shipping
We work tirelessly to ship our products to you as soon as possible. Usually, products are shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is received. An e-mail will be sent to you once your order has been processed. Under extenuating circumstances, there could be delays to process orders, in which case we will inform you. You are welcomed to get in touch with us should you have any concerns about your order.
We are happy to offer shipping to Canada and the United Stated for a flat rate. Please note that some provinces in Canada are excluded from this offer due to high shipping expenses. Furthermore, orders above $100 before tax receive free shipping! All of our products are shipped using Purolator Express. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your region. More information on delivery times can be found on the Purolator website.
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping outside Canada and the US at this time. However, it is our ambition to expand shipping worldwide. So, stay informed by subscribing to our newsletter and social medias.
